Regional Economic Initiatives

MARC supports regional talent development efforts around postsecondary attainment and workforce development.

Regional Workforce Intelligence Network

The Regional Workforce Intelligence Network (RWIN) engages economic development organizations, regional chambers of commerce, workforce investment boards, a selection of educational institutions or departments that are focused on increasing talent to attract and retain business.

RWIN provides coordination around comprehensive workforce challenges with particular emphasis on non-traditional talent, and provides its stakeholders with data for decision-making through a monthly newsletter, presentations and reports.

The network is composed of education and community-based organizations focused on improving educational attainment and creating a talent pipeline for economic and civic vitality.
